Centro Tecnológico da Indústria de Moldes, Ferramentas Especiais e Plásticos

CENTIMFE, created in 1991, is a non-profit public utility institution with more than 230 members, recognised as a Technology and Innovation Centre (CTI), comprising companies, sector associations CEFAMOL - National Association of the Mould Industry and APIP - Portuguese Association of the Plastics Industry, and public partners IAPMEI, IPQ and the Municipal Councils of Marinha Grande, Leiria, Batalha and Oliveira de Azeméis. Developing activities ranging from technical assistance to R&D and technology transfer, including specialised training, CENTIMFE promotes and develops important foundations for industrial competitiveness based on the Circular Economy and Industry 4.0.
