It provides technical and administrative support to the offices of the members of the Government integrated into the Ministry of National Defence (MDN) and to the other bodies and services integrated into it, within the scope of centralised procurement and technical-legal and litigation support, as well as, except for the Armed Forces, in the fields of internal resource management, documentation and communication and public relations, while also ensuring the financial planning of the MDN's essential resources.
