Provision of an Audit Software Next Generation

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to award a single contract for the provision of an Audit Software Next Generation.

Further information about the objectives of this procurement action, the scope, and the requirements under solicitation is provided in Part III of the RFP.

It shall be noted that NATO is currently changing to a new eSourcing solution, which is expected to be operational on 5 June 2023. From this date, bidders shall register in the new platform at https://nato.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=login.

Proposals for this RFP must be submitted electronically through the new NATO eSourcing solution by clicking on the relevant tab of solicitation RFP 2023-60037.

Prospective bidders should seek clarification as early as possible. Any desired explanation or clarification regarding the meaning or interpretation of this RFP, its clauses, specifications, or other related information, must be requested through the NATO Business Opportunities Portal where the solicitation was posted (http://www.nato.int/structur/procurement) by logging the relevant question(s) in the area dedicated to this solicitation of offers. As of 1 July 2023, any requests for clarification must be submitted through the new eSourcing solution. Requests for clarification must be logged in not later than 7 calendar days before the bid closing date.
